This pesto uses Cranes Beer’s Boom, a big powerful IPA. The beer brings lovely hoppy flavours with a little bitterness which complements the foraged wild garlic and moorish smoked almonds beautifully! Serves with pasta, on fish and in any way you would use pesto.
