This jam is made with delicious juicy plums, smoky Mexican chipotle chillies and thick syrupy stout from Bristol’s Towle’s Fine Ales. With an initial sweet and smoky flavour followed by a blast of spice and malty, nutty burnt chocolate this jam goes well with cheese, meats and basically anything you want to lather it on!
