Believe it or not, mushroom ketchup came before tomato ketchup to the UK. I’m bringing it back to life, and I’ve given it a revolutionary modern twist by using porcini mushrooms and New Bristol Brewery’s India, a sugar and spice pale ale. The ketchup is great with steak, meat, BBQ and of course breakfast!
