A mildly spicy chilli jam made with the Hillside Brewery’s Severn Surge, a lovely complex porter with heaps of malty goodness which adds tremendous intensity. Spiced with ancho chillies this jam very moreish, great topped on meat and veg of all kinds but wonderful with cheese and Mackerel!
